PROVIDING OPEN-SOURCE CODE FOR DELPHI
MIDI COMPONENTS PACKAGE
The release of the third generation of Delphi components was set to the first months of 2021. Not having year 2020 associated with any of this work was nice.
The target audience of this project is Delphi Pascal, Lazarus, and C++ Builder open-source community. And later it will support MIDI 2.0 protocol.
SIMPLIFIED STYLE PLAYER
Simplified Style Player is a legacy style player still widely used around the World. This description is from the initial release in 2014.
WORLDS MOST POPULAR INTERACTIVE AND REAL-TIME STYLE PLAYER FOR YAMAHA STYLE FILES.
32 bit for Windows and Mac OS.
GENERATIONS OF MIDI COMPONENT
2nd generation of MIDI components was finished in 2011, though not for the open-source community.
The plans for the components was abolished due to the difficulties of obtaining style file specifications for Roland keyboards especially.
The components were used in the Simplified Style Player, and the result of the many components written at the time, both visual and non-visual, can also be seen in the video below. Enjoy.
